The Opportunity:
Position Summary: As an Intern in the People Advisory Services (PAS) team at EY, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that help our clients manage their workforce more effectively. You will gain hands-on experience in areas such as organizational development, change management, talent management, and HR transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development and implementation of people strategies and solutions for clients.
- Conduct research and analysis on workforce trends and best practices.
- Support the design and delivery of workshops, training sessions, and presentations.
- Collaborate with team members to develop client deliverables, including reports, presentations, and data analysis.
- Participate in client meetings and contribute to discussions on workforce-related issues.
- Assist in the preparation of proposals and other business development activities.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments in the field of people advisory.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Orginasationpsychology, Changemanagement,Consulting or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
